Royal Copenhagen released its first Mother's Day plate in 1971. Until 1974 the plates represented a stylized version of a mother with child from different parts of the world.
1971 - Titled "American Mother" designed by Kamma Svensson.
1972 - Titled "Oriental Mother" - designed by Kamma Svensson.
